. Timers fixedSeelig F1C and F1J upgraded with all sorts of special bits so they DO NOT FAIL! Have just successfully completed design and testing of a new "double spring" stop mechanism for the Seelig F1J timer that is infallible (original Seelig item was not) Seelig stop pin assemblies made - all parts - stop pin, knob, housing, internal coil spring and "W" spring. KSB and Tatone engine and DT timers cleaned, repaired, worn bushes replaced and reamed to fit, missing screws replaced.
Dead and dying timers always wanted.
12. Engine reworks
Carby body rings for all sizes of TD plastic carby body. Made in silver steel and chemi-blacked they press over the inlet section and close off the split.
Cipolla 09 diesel, steel cylindered version rebored with new lapped cast iron piston in lapped bore and converted to diesel with button head insert, contra piston, comp. screw and tommy bar, head screws threaded and machine slotted and alloy cylinder head turned, bored, drilled and counter drilled. New stronger crankshaft from 4140 steel fitted (the originals are fragile).
Merco 61 full strip and clean and converted to stunt with new venturi,2 plug head and replica Super Tigre G20/15 needle valve assy.
